I wired this guy $800 to start a website project. He stated that it would take two weeks possibly sooner to complete. It has been three weeks and nothing has been done. Can't even get a hold of him. He's complaining that is computer is broken for us to send him a new one. He is also demanding the remaining $2,000 balance be paid before anymore work is done. Beware of out of country web programmers, especially this one. I am now out $800 on this one, and another $700 because I have to hire another programmer who actually did the work as directed.
