UNAUTHORIZED deductions from my account

I have an unauthorized deduction for 39.95 from my account by Grantsearch.com. I have sent two emails and tried to call but to no avail! I didn't sign up anything and want my money back. I also want to make sure nothing else is taken from my account. Wondering if I should have my bank card cancelled and reissued. Anyone else gotten any results from this company or had any further problems?
