Ought new HP Pav PC 8650C and was having some hassles, then tried to consult HP but had no 800 phone save for voice mail and NO help here, then I tried the HP Help website, again NO Help one cant Email problems or issues that many were listed on Forum. Yes HP is a good buy BUT improve Tech Support Services. If not who will? Modernize website HP.
