Refuses Refunds Based On 'Personal Reasons' Charged my credit card $30 for ringtones, downloading doesn't work, Funtonia refuses to refund

I ordered unlimited ringtones for one year from www.funtonia.com. My credit card was charged $30. When I tried to download the ringtones, nothing was sent to my cell phone, as the company asserts they will be.
When I challenged the company on this by sending an email and asked for a refund, they responded by saying they don't offer refunds for "personal reasons." I don't consider being a victim of false advertsing, theft, and fraudulent claims to be "personal reasons."
Furthermore, the web site does not include a phone number, location or an email address for contacting customer service. If you try to send a complaint via the link called "Customer Care, " it claims the email cannot be sent because the URL cannot be detected.
I would like to participate in any class action lawsuit against this company.
