Rising Star Learning -Credit Card Fraud

My Father, who is in his 80's and retired in Panama, has gotten credit card charges for Fun with Math from this company. When I called to dispute the charges I spoke with Wes, then Aaron, who claimed I need an RMA to return the product for credit. I advised I would rather turn it in to the credit card company as credit card fraud and he advised that was not the most effective route to take care of this matter. What is such a concern is that they also have the code from the back of the card.
The e-mail address used to place the order is unknown to us. I will also file a report with the Colorado Attorney General, Consumer Affairs Dept.
