As like everyone else, she got my money too, all $197.00.
We tried the refund thing, emailing, calling to no avail.
It's now been over 4 months... I'll bet she's outta the country livin high on all our money she scammed from us.
If anyone has had their money returned to them, God bless you. I'd like to get it back also, if there's a way...
