After sending six emails and leaving vm mail messages that are never returned I looked at network solutions for an alternative method of contacting Keith who does not answer nor support requests fro refunds or all the other technical issues before you ask for a refund nor does he or his team honor the delivery of a website. After spending 500.00 I now find out this is a hoax as confirmed by a conversation with a lady who now owns the previous phone number Keith Wellman has listed. During this conversation the lady apologized for not knowing who he is but informed me that a lot of people are calling her and saying he ripped them off 500.00 as well.
