Ordered online 05-11, no reply indicating order was received. Money taken from my accouint on 05-13. Wrote and called DOZENS of times, Replies sporadic from Trina Hasty, USPS tracking # that never actually pans out. Have received excuses and at least TWO RESHIPPING YOUR ORDER emails.
