They took money out of my account without my authorization

I took advantage of a free trial. Before my trial was up I canceled my membership. Almost 2 monts later I was billed $4.95 from them. I called to inquire and they told me when I called to cancel I was offered this service for $4.95 and accepted it. When in actuality I had done no such thing.

The person I was on the phone with tried to talk me into keeping this service and I told him no. He told me he cancelled my service and I could not get a refund. When I asked if it was someone I could speak with, he automatically told me to hold on. When he got back on the phone, he told me that my money would be refunded back to me in 7 to 10 business days.
