Would not return my money. Giving me the run around

I paid to sign up for this program. After signing up I followed the steps they outlined but was unable to advance.

I then realized that I was being scammed and requested an immediate refund. They sent me an email stating that my ticket was received and a staff member will review it and response.

No one has responded and I have not received my refund
