Not out of warranty-out of luck

Computer purchased over internet on april 10 (order no. 509351). Amount was $1439.00 paid by credit card. Today is 2-6. I need to return unit for repairs. It overheats, thus slows down to a crawl. All i get from quantex home page, as well as other sources is that quantex is closed. From what all i've read on the subject quantex computers is a rip-off. I am feeling it's effects.

I want a total refund.
