Purchased an Rx website from Universal Marketing Network, that was to look just like site www.rxsite4.com for $345.00. This was to have over 500 of the most updated heart medications and so on online today. It was to be put on all the top search engines on the internet. They wanted me to sign documents stating that they are not responsible for any payment to me, and the website they built was www.joyfulrx.com, which is nothing at all like what is was suppose to be.

Now, I did not sign these papers and want my money back, which they say is not refundable. Micheal Anthony was so convincing. Not cool Micheal, Not cool.

I did not get the website promised to me, and I want my money back. How do I accomplish this?
