Failure to meet advertising standards

This company claims unlimited bandwidth and unlimited storage yet you are always out of space and unable to upload. No resonse to numerous emails and if you call they state it is a server update and will be fixed momentarily and hang up. Hours later you call back and they say it's a server update like they just started. I said I called earlier and they said it is taking longer then expected and should be working in forty five minutes. Three hours later and a month after signing up for the service it still isn't functional.
