Pay for e mail blaster, I can't use the service and no awnsers to my e mail or message to 1 800

I paid 2 days ago and no awsers to my e - mails or phone calls, they do never awser phone and i get stock, no service NO money back. This is a big time scamm. I do not understand why they doing this for long time now since i check all the complains from 2005 and they still doing this??? The FBI now about this people??? Some body can help me. Thanks
