Needs to refund my money they have had over a month New Castle

Okay, so here is my story, i hope this helps people out.

I signed up for Joi Phone, a friend told me about it, and she has had it for a few months now. So after months of second thoughts i decided to go for it. So i signed up, i had to change my password, so i did that, then tried to enter again, it told me my account was invalid. I also wanted to keep my same number, my fault my printer is out of ink, so no biggie, i was like you know what i want to cancel. It was within 24 hours.

They had already took money and shipped product, No biggie once again, i can refuse, the woman was very nice. So The product came on a saturday, i refused. So i kept tracking it, i work in customer service i know things get lost, so i see on june 4th it is finally on Fedex's website i refused it, so i called Joi phone to see when my refund would be processed, no answer...

So on the 10th it is recieved, so i call and see when i will get my refund... Still no definate answer. They say they haven't recieved it, i say no problem it takes a day or 2 to record it. So i wait, 2 weeks later i call again, refund? Still they don't have it on their records they recieved, but the guy puts a "ticket" in to check me refund, a week later i call and ask when i'm getting my refund, still a change of subject and of cource they still do not have the product, so another "ticket" is sent in oh and i have to e-mail the billing department, so i e-mail to this day no responce.

So i call again and ask for a supervisor, the woman tells me one will call me back, (still waiting for that call) so about 3 days later i call again, ask for a supervisor, there is still not one there. So i inform the man i'm speaking with who actually was some what helpful that i want my refund by friday or i'm turning them into BBB. It is now sunday (after that friday...) and still no refund.

I didn't use their product i refused it, all i want is my refund of $69 and some change.in this day and age that is a tank of gas to get me back and forth to work or a weeks worth of groceries. All i want is my refund and no one there can give me a striaght answer.

BTW i didn't start swearing till the last call, kinda the last strawl if you know what i mean.
