Has failed to resolve an issue

So I have Battlefield 1942 Anthology. Disk 1 is missing, and I am looking for a replacement. Almost a week ago, i sent a support claim and I have heard NOTHING back. I have had issues with them before about other games. Do not trust theyre tech support. It is garbage. I plan on calling them tomorrow to get it resolved. Yeah, it's an old game, but ii still love playing it.
