Never sent product & no order, but credit card charged

I requested Crazy fragrance in March. After numerous emails, without any reaction in the organization, I never obtained the merchandise and wasn't effective in getting the cost taken off my charge card. Today, in July, I'm being billed again by the corporation without any purchase. I have noticed others which have had comparable encounters with this particular organization. So what can be achieved to prevent this ripoff from occurring? I'm presently out nearly $100.0o of course if I actually donot understand this fresh charge-off the charge card (which obviously I'll be fighting), it'll be another $100. Oo. I believe the corporation relies out-of Sydney - the dog owner is Simon Verdon.
