Did not furnish the unlock code to use the software after I had paid for it, and no response from their support

Paid for XPMedic on June 21, and went to the URL to get unlock code. However, I entered my email address, was re-directed to another location where I got a message informing me that "This sign-up form is not available. Please contact this site's Webmaster for assistance." Sent a message to their support. But no answer.
