This report is similar to report #284956 and 304391.

Background: I ordered a dvd online from a company I'd never heard of before for a Christmas gift.

Six months & and around $70 later, I am still sans said-purchased dvd. I've contacted the company several times via email and phone and each attempt has been a waste of time. Submitted complaints that did nothing. But I have each piece of information from them saved just in case, from correspondence from them to the fake order confirmation they sent me.

I called again today only to find the 1-877 number has been disconnected. Kind of sent up a red flag, so I decided to Google the company.

The second result for this company came up under usacomplaints.com.Com. According to consumer complaints, this company is a huge scam and several people in the U.S. And U.K. Have fallen victim to this company charging large amounts of money to their credit cards while not keeping promises to send purchases to these customers. One customer is filing a class-action lawsuit which I can hopefully try to become a part of. So okay, it's only $70 and some change, but in the grand scheme of things, this needs to stop.

I called my bank to see if I could still file a fraudulent charge report. Unfortunately, I had to have had reported it within 60 days. I tried to explain that I waited so long because I was naive and thought I could go through the company that screwed me over to get my money back. Honestly, it didn't even cross my mind that my bank could help me out.

If there has indeed been a class-action lawsuit filed against this company, I'd like to be contacted.
