Plain and simple this company hires independent IT consultants and then short changes them or never pays them. They come up with all kinds of excuses. Ed Burns or Randy will pretend they will take care of payment but no follow through is show to establish traction whatsoever. Some of the common excuses for failure of payment are. We don't have a PO for the work we asked you to do, our systems are down for a few days then we'll create one, our accountant is out on vacation, we are trying to get authorization, the customer has not given authorization, what do you think I'm making up stories, I head the account was going to send it out 3 days from now, we got authorization to pay you a lesser amount so revise the invoice, oh we got the invoice we need to get authorization still on it, I put 2 customers on hold to talk to you about this I have to go, the check is in the mail (a week goes by and nothing), the owner said to move on getting this done (nothing happens for 3 #$#@ing weeks). They have even trained their Customer Support Reps to not take down your messages if it is involving Delinquent Payments, nor will they forward you to Randy. This rediculous excuse for a company actually somehow got a contract with the Government. They like to call you out of the blue with an emergency, don't be so quick to act Nail there Asses with a Service Contract you write and then take them to Court as they apparently have no intentions of paying. For those that have gotten payment from these clowns good on you, I guess you were higher up on the pyramid. Don't do business with them run like hell.

Honestly, you just can't take someone's word for it if they say they will pay you without a contract. These guys you need to have a Lawyer for. They will do everything they can to get out of paying you for a job you actually successfully complete, unless you threaten litigation. So if there are others out there who have been wronged by this company even if you are customers I recommend we all start communications. If you are that infuriated like me post something on here, we'll come back and check more and more. I am confident many people have been burned bad buy this company.
