I wired him $20,000.00 and when I attempted to follow up with him, he hung up the phone on me.

Below is his reply when I sent an email today June 22 asking for the return of my $20,000.00 There was a problem with his bank some weeks ago and now, it's HLS which is total BS. Yes, you guessed it, he won't answer his phone. And the list goes on and on and on with this guy.
