Hi My lanlord provides phone servoce for me. He also provides internet service for me. A few months ago charges for voice mail began showing up on his phone bill. He called and they supposedly stopped it. The next month it was billed again. He was and is mad at me for supposedly downloading it from the internet but as I told him I did not noe do I have anykind of voice mail. He gave me there phone #, I called them. They have no record of my name and would not talk to me. They refused to stop chargeing so we have got to get a lawyer to stop them from doing this. There is also another company but I haven't been able to contact them as yet.
My next stop is a lawyer.
