I ordered Net detective Plus for the background check service that was advertised. This turned out to be a complete ripoff! They charged me 29.00 then 10.00 upgrade and three days later 29.95. I called to complain and they cancelled the service but did not refund the fee. I will now go through my credit card company and file a complaint.
