I signed up for their services, but got no results. I want to cancel, but can not get through to anyone. The web address mentioned by the man on the phone does not work. I want my money back. They keep draining my account for 39.97 every month

I signed up for their service a few months ago. I got no results and did not get any help from them. I would like to cancel. I tried to call them but got a recording telling me to go to support@inetgiant.com. When I tried, my computer could not locate the address. I want my money back and I want them to stop draining my account every month. I wish I had never heard of them.
