Misleading offer/unauthorized charges/no customer service

Emusic.com is just a large RIP-OFF. They delivered me a contact seeking me to return for them. I popped the e-mail and there is a note shortly dicussing the present along with a link that claims "See Details." After I visited onto it, it instantly triggered my bill and so I terminated quickly. (it was within an email they delivered to me about my account action " Begin: Jun 4 2:49: 20 PM Conclusion: Jul 4 2:49: 26 PM). Nevertheless, I realized that they charged me $9.99. I delivered many emails to obtain a reimbursement however they stated that they mightnot since I decided to the present. After I told them the offer was deceptive since it just stated "notice specifics, " and that I thought that heading there might simply provide me more details about the present. They nevertheless stated they cannot return me for having an energetic consideration for 6 seconds. All of the emails be seemingly type characters and so I named the 800-number on my cc declaration however it to was automatic. They deliberately deliver deceptive e-mails, no customer support, they're a fraud, do not utilize them!!!
