On May 11 I ordered a center speaker top shelf for the top of my TV. I chose the 7-10 day shipping method and after 20 days without my order I sent an e-mail inquiry about my order - NO RESPONSE! A few days later I called their office and got some lame recording to leave my name and order number and they would return my call shortly. NO RESPONSE! I called two days later - NO RESPONSE!

If I get burned on this, which seems likely, I hope whoever reads this takes this advice: SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
