World Wide Training Center scammed by this so called number 1 internet guru on his promises of making money

First off this guy steve waters is a scam... He first will call you and ask you to be his top general. Then he will get your money and tell you to send out these power letters for him. These power letters are sent to answer classified ads and get other people to join his team and they will do the same.
This system will then have you do all kind of jobs that will keep you busy for a month or so on the promise of building a chain of people below you to make you money. All the time you do this mr steve waters is sending you emails to say you are doing a great job. Keeping you in his scam.
Then all of this stops and he will not email you anymore and will not answer any of yours back. I tried to ask for a refund from the company and of course no answer back... Lost 97.50 and scammed by this a-hole... Web-help247inc was the company that charged me for this for steve waters

So please do not let this guy scam anyone else and lets lock this guy up where he belongs... Thanks... Supermad...
