Grant Instructor LLC Was to give me information on grants I was eligible for, but did not and over charged me. Las Vegas, Internet

I was looking for a grant to help pay for my school. I found a site on the internet for grants. I applied for the online version, I thought was just $1.95, I could not get this to work so I paid $2.95, This did not work either, so I paid $4.87 for a cd to be sent. After I recieved the cd, it just gave me regular info that I already knew. I did not know by ordering the cd I would be charged a monthly fee. I looked back at my emails which I still have and found out that they charge 39.95 a month for membership. However, I was charged $49.50 twice in April and $49.50 twice in May and $ $39.95 also. That is alot of money for nothing. I feel I have been taken advantage of by an internet site and not told what to expect and now I can not get a hold of someone to get my money back. It seems that they can take your money right away but it takes weeks or sometimes months to get it back.
