Reservation Rewards
Deducted $12.00 from my account

They are sneaky... Very sneaky. Apparently when I ordered thru a clothing catalog on-line a pop up window came up asking if I would like $10.00 off my next order.

Big mistake...

When I clicked "Yes" it signed me up to be a memeber of this Reservation Rewards that deducted a monthly fee.

The reason I found out is that I seen a pending charge on my on-line bank statement of this amount and I knew for a fact that I didn't charge anything in the last few days in that amount. I called the bank and they said that the charge was from Reservation Rewards. Luckily the debt is pending and did not go thru yet...

So, I e-mailed them thru the link at their site, telling them I did not know who they were and I did not authorize this debt of $12.00 and to remove me from whatever list they have me on and never deduct anything from my account again or legal action will be taken.

Within the hour, I got a response from them that the pending charge you are receving for $12.00 will automatically be posted back to my account within 3 to 30 days depending on your financial institute.
