Suspicious credit card charges after using Intelius

I got some weird charges on my card recently from Privacy Matters. I bought a report from Intelius a few months ago and finally put the puzzle together. When I bought from Intelius they passed my credit info on to another company without my permission and then they started charging me. I know this because I had to go into the hospital for a one month stay and I bought nothing during that time. I am so exhausted of being put on hold by customer service, leaving voicemail messages, and emailing customer service that I don't know what to do anymore. I just called my bank and they said they will only remove the charges if I file a police report but then the police department said this is interstate commerce so I must report to the FBI instead. So I am now writing to you who read complaint to avoid this Intelius website. I am at my wits end now. Heeelp!
