Worthless deceptive non-descript crimminal

Purchased computer from Viscom Technology, 4064 Peavey Rd, Chaska, MN 55318 sometime in 2005. Had problems with shipment in the beginning. Never sent complete unit. Bought extra warranty which was worthless. Tech assistants were as knowledgeable as a beetle. Didn't know anythng about anything.

Plagued with errors popping up all over the place. Recently called the manufacturer to get product key for windows that were installed in the computer. Must have thought I was speaking Japanese. No one knew how to get this data. The original tower had to be replaced because of causing my computer to crash.
