Sold me an antivirus / spyware software that absolutely don't work

Pop up window came up to correct spyware problem my computer was having, I paid $49.95 for program called spyguarder, next day my computer full of viruses and spyware, program did nothing, didn't even find faults other programs found.
I would like my money back, this is a complete rip off and I want my money back, period. Order # was 7302568. Code was 3zu7-u6p0-1c5l.
