Buy.com sells broken merchandise then refuses to replace it

After two tries and paying extra for delivery that wasn't as quick as claimed, I received a computer that wouldn't work. When I called customer service they refused to replace it with one that works. Expected me to go to HP for warranty to fix it. This was not a warranty situation, I was sold defective merchandise. I am seeking restitution through my credit card company and will never do business with buy.com again.
