In December my partner ordered two pairs of jeans from this site, thinking he was on a New Zealalnd based site.

From the date of ordering we recieved an email saying that Credit Card details were being sent for processing. Then there was no confirmation of acceptance, Shipping details or tracking advice. We heard nothing. Emails went unanswered.

In February we recieved one pair of jeans which were shipped from China with no reciepts or packing slips. The others have still not arrived.

Although we thought this was bad, it was only to become worse when we opened the mail today and there has been $2000.00 taken out of the credit card account in three transactions over one day! The statement details have the name Komplett and include Great Britain prices and currency conversion charges. WE HAVE NO IDEA IF THESE TWO INCIDENCES ARE RELATED, but the coincidence that both of these occurrences were of UK origin makes one suspicious. The bank is looking into this matter.

Please keep a sharp eye on credit card accounts if you are a rip off victim!
