Com CLBANK They charged to my visa things i did not order a total of $ 78.00 worth of nothing

This company double charged plus on my credit card i try to make contact with them with no luck. Also try to email them with no luck, i did call my credit card company which is going to help me dispute the charges, of a total of $78.92 which i got nothing for.
