Charged my credit card 2 months in a row. Cannot get throught to them on phone

I have contacted my credit card company. They told me to fill out dispute form on line. Not much they can do for me. They have the same information I have. Cannot get in touch with bllingsvc.com. After holding on phone for 30 minutes I am disconnected. Direct File Access is a RIPOFF.
