Survey Storage Rep Kate Rock Survey Storage rep Kate Rock delayed monthly payment cancellation, won't refund me! Www.surveystorage.com

I signed up at www.surveystorage.com monthly payment $15 USD, they have about 257 companies to sign up surveys, but realized most of the surveys are for US residents...
I tried to cancel the $15 monthly payment, they knew I wanted to cancel my membership on 8 April but they charged me $15USD on 16 April 08 anyway???

Also I couldn't find informations about www.surveystorage.com in Whois database???!!!

many companies, don't know which one to start, or which one is eager or offering cash now... Don't know if they want me[canadian] after hours of filling forms... invest return is unknown/very uncertain
