Freewebs.com Company does not deliver services

We have been with http://www.Freewebs.com for almost two years, just recently we decided to update our package and get the Pro-Package that they are offering.

My firm paid with Paypal on May 4th and since then we have been having problems (they didn't update our package).

They refunded us 3 times the amount and told us to enroll again and everything would be okay we did that on May 6th and it was working for almost 45 min when it went back to the STARTER package.

No refund has been made from them and there customer service is lacking big time they give us a number to call but on one EVER ANSWERS.

FREEWEBS.com in my mind is kids trying to make money, because a company with man there telephones when you call
