Unauthorized charges and set up of a account

This company has taken it upon themselves to open a account and send e mails to my e mail address. They have made my wife very upset when she discovered them and now my marriage has taken a drastic hit because of the type of e mails sent. I did not authorize this company nor ther affilliates to send e mail or set up accounts to my computer. I am outraged at the ordascity of this company to infringe themselves onto my computer or for that matter anyone eleses computer.
