Biggest ripoff around - take your money and don't send tickets!

Back in August I purchased four tickets and parking for the Redskins/Dallas game which was scheduled for December. I paid for the tickets online thru TicketsMyWay with my VISA card. The company sent me my parking pass, but never sent me the game tickets. They charged my Visa card for the whole amount which was in excess of $1400. I called this company in Las Vegas numerous times, tried to contact them thru e-mails, but they never responded. Luckily for me, I kept track of all phone calls and copies of e-mails I sent with no responses.

I soon realized that I had been screwed (to put it mildly) and I contacted my Credit Union thru which my card was issued. I submitted all paperwork required by the credit union and Visa for credit card fraud. The Credit Union deposited the amount back into my account with the understanding that if I lost the case, they would take it back.

When the Credit Union finally was able to contact the company they said that they sent me a package. That was a true statement, they sent a package, but it only had the parking pass in it. The receipt in the package was for $101 which was the parking pass and shipping charges. I never received the actual tickets for the game. (These tickets were a Birthday/Christmas gift for my son.)

I ended up going thru another website to order tickets from them for the game. My son did get to go the the game and enjoyed himself. I know now not to ever use this rip off company again!

April I received a package from a lawyer in Las Vegas, that they are about to file papers suing me for non-payment. I have my bank statement where they charged me the full amount and according to the Credit Union and Visa, my case has not been closed yet. Visa has not gotten their money back from the ticket place yet. This company is filing charges against me in Las Vegas. I have contacted a lawyer.
