False advertising

Bradley Thompson aka subliminal-studio.com aka WCCL aka www.brainbullet.com says:
you will recieve your purchase in one week. I have the e-mail they sent to me stating this. Then after two weeks have gone by, I contact them and wait some more for their reply. Their first reply said "oh, it may take up to four weeks". I let them know it was purchased for a gift and had to purchase something else because their package didn't arrive. Then they told me it was "probably a delay at the post office". Their story changed with every correspondence!

I asked for my money back and that was when they told me "no refunds" although on their website, it states "Absolutely 100% guarantee no exceptions".
So what exactly does that mean??? 100% guarantee that you will regret ever doing business with them, is what it means to me.

I have not recieved my package and am 110% disgusted with their false advertising, scandulous ways... Buyer beware of all the webites listed above.
