Scam artist is at it again - the ripoffs just keep on coming

Well, Jeff Paris, aka Zerofunk, aka phpl33t, is at it again.

This thief is wanted for theft, burglary, and has been in hiding for over 8 months. Other usacomplaints.com on this site relate the circumstances, but suffice to say he is at it again.

Now, Jeff Paris is on the contractor bid boards purveying his scams and frauds on unsuspecting people.

The fraud deals with claims of php skills that are simply NOT true and claims of satisfied clients of his php programming skills. He then takes money for projects and doesn't deliver.

It's a shame, really. This man is known for abusing women and their children (he has been "escorted" off a military base after complaints of abuse and also escorted from another girlfriends house by a hostile father after abusing her child) and as if that weren't enough, Jeff Paris broke and entered 4 offices in Gulfport, Mississippi, stole computers and then ran.

He is bad, bad news to women and children and goes into a rage when challenged. He will stalk you and steal from you and then go to the internet and hide behind alias names and attack your character.

Beware this man. He is a thief, scam artist and fraud expert. He is dangerous when confronted and will lash out at weaker people whom he takes a dislike to.
