Gamepal has created so many headaches for so many people! My personal headache has lasted for a year now!

Spring of I wanted to try out a powerleveling service and did some looking around. I eventually came across Gamepal which appeared to be a quality website! Boy how looks can be decieving! After purchasing the powerleveling plan everything was going well until they said it was finished and I logged on to find out that it was not complete. I imediately contacted live help and they apologized for the problem and said they would take care of it. With the I.P. Adress bouncing around like that within a single day Blizzard immediately shut the account down! And with how they respond to email is apalling, I mean waiting on average of a week or more for a response from them is pitiful!

So after some complaining to Gamepal, they agreed to give me credit towards any other purchase. I proceeded to try and purchase an Alliance account that had a number of high level toons on it. Considering that they seemed to be trying to help, I paid an aditional 450.00 along with the 50 in credit! Needless to say, the account was nothing close to what they advertised. So I complained again. And of course they gave me credit towards something else.

After that, I tried another account that looked promising. This time the account was already closed. So they offered credit back, and this is when they started to give an extra 10% towards another purchase. So they kept reeling me in deeper and deeper. After I paid for the next account, I recieved an immediate email from them stating that this new account was not available, so they offered credit back with the 10% again.

This is when I decided to try the new Made4play package, after all, it would be in my name and my information on the account. I paid a few extra bucks to get a high end package, and with their backlog of supposed orders, I waited for a month with nothing even being started. Finally they refunded again and they said to try back in a month when they get caught up with their extra computers they are installing. So I waited again, and made another purchase of a Made4play account. After a few days they said they were working on it, only to have it cancelled shortly after that, along with another refund. Now The whole website appears to be closed down! With me being out over $500.00 of my own hard working money!
