Refuse to contact taken money off my Credit Card 4 times I asked to remove me 11 times

I joind PlasmaNet free a while back and got a free 7 day trial for them to play my numbers for me daliy, after Thinking about it for 1 day I contacted them to take me out and not Charge my Card. The next day I looked at my cc
statement and found they charged me any way, I emailed them told them the problem—and they Gave back My 9.95$ Now for the last 3 months they have charged my credit card I have removed myself and credit card 11 times never grtting a response, so I had to discontuion my Credit Card—so now they send me a letter telling me they were not able to collect my money this month, and I sent emails to plasmanet freelotto. Fastlotto, every number they show, so now I may be charged for them trying to collect money on a account with no money. I read the report frontword and backwords and did everything by the letter Please help me stop this Internet site stop steeling anybody else's money. My is gone but Maybe we can stop others. They need shut down. Thanks iam adding the letter that was sent to me asking for my money, and if need be I have kept most of the emailes asking to stop taking my money.
