Didn't tell my friend about the fine print over the phone internet

My friend called the number that was given over the us air waves via t.V. The person did not tell him that he would have to make 6 months payment before recieving the computer. He made the first payment by debit card and they never sent him the paperwork for him to sign. When i looked into it that when i told him it was going to take 6 to 13 months before recieving the computer. He cancelled the sell but now only has instore credit. What can he buy. Blue hippo mugs, shirt, sweats, moluse pads tvs but... The fine print wasn't told to him over the phone. So he is out of $124.00.
