Passive Profits, Real Success Institute? Charge my Visa card $ 39.90 without authorization, order or any product delivered

On 4.11.08 my Visa card was charged $39.90 without any invoice, order being placed, without authorization; nor was anything delivered.

I checked on Google and couldn't find any e-mail address or phone number where I can complain. On usacomplaints.com, however, I find a reference to a similar swindle and their address, and this outfit is evidently linked to Real Success Institute, also in Salt Lake City, and which has pulled a similar trick on me and for a similar amount.

How can I get a refund and have them stopped from continuing this swindle operation?
