Charges my CC with out authorization Kentucky

This company charged my buisiness CC for a fradulent $9.98. I have never heard of them. I tried for two days on multiple occasions to reach them via phone, email, and live chat. No one has returned my inquiries. Only a recording is available. I have filed a report with the bank to remove the charge. I believe this may be connected with an CC information compromise from an electronic attack on the Vendor Ranger Joe's, as I had recently received a notice from them saying their system had been compromised and CC information may have been stolen.
