They charged me almost $200.00 posters that were supposed to cost me only $8.00, and I have not even recieved them

Three months ago I ordered four posters from posterpass.com. They were to cost two dollars each to be billed to my debit card. When I checked my monthly statement, I noticed a thirtyone dollar withdraw, and then increments of fortyeight dollars were being taken out twice a month all without my knowlege.

I contacted my bank after several attempts to get in touch with posterpsass and was told that I would have to change my card number.By the way I have not even recieved one poster let alone four, but I dont even care about that. I just want my money back.

I have had overdrawn ballances, and have had to pay the charges, because of theese unauthorized withdraws, they do not have a valid email address and they do not answer their phone. You are my last hope please help
