Is out of date and unresponsive, attempting refund

Vertical Marketing, Currency Exchange Profits, Ideal Vision Enterprises LLC Ripped me off of 299 US Dollars, the program is out of date the company is a proven scam that has continued to take in money from its victims. I am within my stated 45 day refund period, I am not satisfied with product at all, I receive zero technical support, unanswered emails, phone calls, voice mail and support tickets. I'm not asking for them to double my money, just refund my hard earned money please, and move on Gary.

If I do not receive a refund of $299.00 US Dollars for a product that has been deemed a scam, unresponsive, out of date and bad business practice which has caused numerous cases of refund requests, that have gone unanswered ignored and forgotten. If I do not receive a refund in a timely manner, I will bring legal action against this company, as I am well within legal right to do so.
