Ripoff

I shipped the company my computer on 9/19/02 and they say they don't know what they did with it. It is now 11/6/02 they had someone sign for the machine at the loading dock. I call the long distance number about 13 times and have run up a $30.00 phone bill. No one ever calls me back when they say they will.
